Love this place! This is the old-fashioned independent bookstore you've seen in your dreams—lots of books to peruse, soft music, a great children's section, couches to sit on, helpful staff, even a table near the door where you can leave the coffee you walked in with (so you don't drip on the books you'll inevitably browse through).

This place does not feel like a store- in the best way possible. The atmosphere in here is cozy, peaceful, and inspiring. The book selection itself feels more like a curated library, and I’ve been able to discover several good reads because of that. This is a great place to stop by during a break and just take a look around and enjoy the vibes.

Today was my first visit to your book store. Lovely open and warm atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful. And I had a great chat with a fellow customer about book recommendations. I will definitely be back when traveling thru the area.

A great cozy addition to downtown Edmond. Slipped in on a slow Sunday for a book and the staff was kind and attentive. Lovely place to peruse your next read!

Such a cute store! Stopped in while my partner was at vocal lessons across the street. They have an adorable kids section with all the classics! Also have the “indestructible books” for babies which is a plus bc I can never find them in stores! Will def be back for some Christmas goodies!

I had a meeting in City Hall today and I was walking up and down main street to kill some time when I caught sight of this store. The decor and selection was fantastic and the store is really cozy. I didn’t make a purchase but I’m sure to return and support a local bookstore!

The moment I step into Bluebird Books, I am a new reader all over again. I am a first-grader at the Scholastic Book Fair, surrounded by treasures. I am a fourth-grader at my city library, and soon-to-friends whisper to me from the shelves. I am in a place where dreams and knowledge and humor and love saturate the air with the scent of paper and binding. Books. My first and truest love. My fellow shoppers and the Bluebird employees and owners share this same true love, and it is glorious and heady to be in such company. "Have you read ...?" is the secret password to this club. New friends in page and human form await, fellow book lovers. Hurry in.

I love this independent bookstore in downtown Edmond! So cozy and light and open. My personal favorite section is the fantasy near the back. The children’s area is also precious! Highly recommend coming on a Saturday around 10 for story time.

I grew up in Edmond but have lived out of state for many years now. During a recent visit, my sister and I happened upon this gem. I have not been in a bookstore this cool in a long time. The selection of books is diverse and relevant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town for a visit!
